🚌 Driver – Qualifications
Applicants for the Driver (Contract) position should satisfy the following requirements.
🎓 Educational Qualification
G.C.E. (O/L) – Six subjects with two Credit Passes, obtained in not more than two sittings.
🎂 Age
Applicants should be between:
21 – 45 Years
🚍 Driving Licence
Applicants should possess a valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence with more than three years.
⚖️ Minimum Weight
45 kg
📏 Minimum Height
5 feet 3 inches
❤️ Health
Applicants should be in good health.
🚐 Experience
Experience as a Heavy Passenger Vehicle Driver from a recognized institution will be considered an added advantage.
🎫 Conductor – Qualifications
Applicants for the Conductor (Contract) position should satisfy the following requirements.
🎓 Educational Qualification
G.C.E. (O/L) – Six subjects including Mathematics and Mother Tongue, with two Credit Passes, obtained in not more than two sittings.
🎂 Age
Applicants should be between:
18 – 45 Years
⚖️ Minimum Weight
41 kg
📏 Minimum Height
5 feet
❤️ Health
Applicants should be in good health.
💰 Monthly Basic Contract Allowance
The recruitment notice states the following monthly basic contract allowances:

📋 General Conditions & Benefits

EPF Contributions:
Employee contribution – 8%

Duty assignments will be made on a roster basis after recruitment.
Recruitment will be based on an interview, practical test and results of the training programme, according to Board procedures.
Transfers will not be entertained after appointment.
A travel pass will be issued for travel within 30 km to and from the workplace.
