Applicants should follow these steps:

Obtain the prescribed application form from the Faculty of Graduate Studies or download it from the Faculty website.
Pay the Rs. 3,500 application fee.
Keep the relevant payment receipt/proof of payment.
Complete all required sections of the application clearly and accurately.
Attach the payment receipt and all other required documents.
Submit the duly completed application by registered post or by hand during office hours.
