01. Technical Officer – Head Office
💰 Salary: Rs. 83,433
Basic/approved salary stated in the advertisement: Rs. 65,633 + Rs. 17,800 Special Allowance.
🎓 Qualifications – Technical Officer
Applicants should satisfy one of the qualification routes specified in the official advertisement:
Option 01: A certificate of proficiency in a subject area relevant to the position at NVQ Level 7 or above, issued by a Technical/Vocational Training Institution accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
OR
Option 02: Higher National Diploma in Engineering (HNDE) or National Diploma in Technology (NDT) in a relevant field, together with at least three (03) years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field in a Corporation, Board or reputed Statutory Institution.
OR
Option 03: A relevant NVQ Level 6 qualification issued by an accepted Technical/Vocational Training Institution, together with at least five (05) years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field in a Corporation, Board or reputed Statutory Institution.
OR
Option 04: A relevant NVQ Level 5 qualification issued by an accepted Technical/Vocational Training Institution, together with at least ten (10) years of post-qualifying experience in a relevant field in a Corporation, Board or reputed Statutory Institution.
🚗 02. Driver – Head Office
💰 Salary: Rs. 58,634
Salary stated in the advertisement: Rs. 40,834 + Rs. 17,800 Special Allowance.
🎓 Qualifications – Driver
Applicants must have:
✅ Passed six (06) subjects at the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination, with at least two (02) Credit Passes, obtained within a maximum of two sittings.
AND
✅ A valid licence issued by the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic for driving heavy vehicles.
✅ A minimum of three (03) years of driving experience after obtaining the driving licence.
💰 Special Allowance
The advertisement states that the Rs. 17,800 special allowance is granted in accordance with Management Services Circular No. 01/2024 dated 12 January 2024.
