The selected candidate will be required to work full-time at the Kurunegala Regional Centre.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university.
Candidates should also possess:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
Preference will be given to candidates possessing a degree or diploma in Library and Information Science and relevant experience in a library environment.
Appointment and Work Location
The appointment will initially be made for a period of six months.
Based on satisfactory performance, the appointment may be extended up to a maximum period of two years.
The selected candidate must be available to work full-time at the Kurunegala Regional Centre of the Open University of Sri Lanka.
Preference will be given to applicants from the Kurunegala area.
Monthly Allowance and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a fixed monthly allowance of Rs. 40,000.
This amount is inclusive of the cost-of-living allowance. The selected candidate will also be entitled to EPF and ETF benefits.
