Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- A bachelor’s degree awarded by a recognized university.
- A good command of Tamil and English.
- The ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.
Appointment Period
The initial appointment will be made for a period of six months.
Depending on the candidate’s performance, the appointment may be extended for a total period of up to two years.
Remuneration and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive:
- A fixed monthly allowance of Rs. 40,000, inclusive of the cost-of-living allowance.
- EPF and ETF benefits.
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be available to work during weekends.
- Preference will be given to applicants from Badulla.
