About the Position
The position provides practical training in revenue management, network planning and alliance functions.
Trainees will learn how to maximize passenger revenue across different geographical regions of the SriLankan Airlines network.
The training will include using analytical models and tools to evaluate:

- Consumer purchasing behaviour
- Booking and revenue trends
- Market conditions
- Seat inventory
- Fare structures
Trainees will also understudy Flight Analysts and Pricing Analysts while working with other departments to improve the airline’s revenue performance.

Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications.
Degree Qualification
A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Science
- Mathematics
- Commerce
- Statistics
Professional Qualification
Alternatively, applicants may possess a full professional qualification equivalent to a relevant degree from one of the following professional bodies:
- CIMA
- CIM
- ACCA
- CA
Citizenship and Age Limit
Applicants must be Sri Lankan citizens.
