Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the airline’s aviation security programme during the assigned duty shift.
The position also involves:
- Assisting Security Officers and Senior Security Assistants
- Supporting aviation security operations
- Handling relevant administrative duties
- Helping maintain smooth day-to-day security operations
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants must qualify under one of the following categories.
Category 1 – Fresh Candidates
Applicants should possess:
- Six passes at the GCE Ordinary Level examination
- Four credit passes obtained in one sitting
- A credit pass in English
Applicants should be between 18 and 25 years of age as of 12 September 2026.
Category 2 – Armed Forces or Police Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Six passes at the GCE Ordinary Level examination
- A pass in English
- Five years of service in the Armed Forces or Police
Applicants should be below 35 years of age as of 12 September 2026.
Category 3 – Sergeant or Equivalent Rank
Applicants should possess:
- Six passes at the GCE Ordinary Level examination
- A pass in English
- Twelve years of service in the Armed Forces or Police
- The rank of Sergeant or an equivalent rank
Applicants should be below 45 years of age as of 12 September 2026.
Physical Requirements
All applicants should meet the relevant physical requirements.
Male Candidates
- Minimum height: 5 feet 5 inches or 165 cm
- Minimum chest measurement: 81.3 cm
Female Candidates
- Minimum height: 5 feet 2 inches or 157.5 cm
Applicants must be Sri Lankan citizens.
Employment Conditions
Employment will be offered on a fixed-term contract basis.
