Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Fluency in English and Sinhala or Tamil.

4. Appointment Duration
The initial appointment will be for six months.
The appointment may be extended for up to four years, based on performance.
5. Monthly Allowance and Benefits
Fixed Monthly Allowance: Rs. 50,000
This amount is inclusive of the Cost of Living (COL) allowance.
The selected candidate will also be entitled to EPF and ETF, as stated in the official notice.
