Candidates should possess one of the following qualification and service combinations.
Option 1
Applicants should possess at least five years of service and one of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education Degree in English
- Bachelor of Arts Special Degree in English
- First Degree with English as a core subject
Option 2
Applicants should possess:
- At least ten years of service
- National Teaching Diploma or Government Teacher Training qualification
